CryoSwitch - SPST

This switch model is similar to the SP3T but with only one RF path inside a very compact package requiring only 2 control wires perfect for applications requiring to turn ON/OFF one RF line inside a tight cryostat environment.

An Ultra low power dissipation (< 1uWatt) , low loss and compact single pole single throw (SPST) Microwave switch for use over a wide range of temperatures requiring only 2 control lines (one 90V line + GND) . The switch has less than 1dB insertion loss from DC to 18GHz at cryogenic temperature and can be used up to 26GHz. The Switches are individually cooled and tested at 15Kelvin - 4Kelvin temperature range but are being used at sub-Kelvin temperature down to 50 milli-Kelvin by a growing low temperature physics and quantum computing community. An easy to use 90V control board will be supplied to enable easy control and automation of the CryoSwitch requiring only a 5V DC voltage input.
