CryoSwitch - SP6T

An Ultra low power dissipation (< 1uWatt) , low loss and compact single pole 6-throw switch for use over a wide range of temperatures: from 300 Kelvin down to 50mKelvin requiring 13 control lines (12 lines + Ground). The switch has less than 1dB insertion loss from DC to 6GHz at cryogenic temperature, less than 3dB at up to 18GHz and can be used up to 26GHz.
