CryoSwitch - SP4T

An Ultra low power dissipation (< 1uWatt) , low loss and compact single pole 4-throw switch for use over a wide range of temperatures: from 300 Kelvin down to 50mKelvin requiring only 5 control lines. The switch has less than 1dB insertion loss from DC to 12GHz at cryogenic temperature and can be used up to 26GHz.
