CryoSwitch - SP3T SMPM

An Ultra low power dissipation (< 1uWatt) , low loss and compact single pole 3 throw switch for use over a wide range of temperatures: from 300 Kelvin down to 50mKelvin requiring only 5 DC control lines. SMPM connectors make the package ultra miniature. The switch has less than 1dB insertion loss from DC to 16GHz at cryogenic temperature and can be used up to 26GHz
